Viel mehr als der Elch prägt dieses die Kultur der Samen, die bis heute das Vorrecht der Rentierzüchtung besitzen. Klar, dass eine Rentierschlittenfahrt mit zum Programm eines Lappland-Aufenthalts gehört. Einen ganz besonderen Ort hierfür bildet das Wildnisdorf in Solberget. Hier ist der Name Programm, denn auf fliessend Wasser und Strom kann man hier lange warten. Stattdessen gibt es Kaminwärme, Quellwasser, eine Gemeinschaftssauna und ganz viel Natur.
